Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 5, 2026

Entity: Sketch Labs L.L.C-FZ (License No. 2420007.01), Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, UAE ("First Dollar", "we", "us").

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy governs how everyone uses First Dollar — a builder discovery and bounty distribution platform. It applies to all users, including builders, developers, creators (collectively "Users") and bounty creators ("Sponsors"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to this AUP. It supplements our Terms & Conditions; violations may result in content removal, payout holds, suspension, permanent bans, and reporting to authorities.

2. General principles

You may use First Dollar only for lawful purposes and in line with these rules. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the legality of any bounty you post, accept, or complete.

3. Prohibited activities

You may not use the platform to create, fund, accept, perform, promote, or facilitate any of the following.

3.1 Illegal & regulated activity

  • Anything illegal under applicable UAE law or the laws of any jurisdiction where you or the counterparty operates.
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or moving proceeds of crime.
  • Sale, manufacture, or trafficking of weapons, explosives, controlled substances, or other regulated goods.
  • Unlicensed financial services, money transmission, securities offerings, or investment schemes (including "guaranteed return" or Ponzi/pyramid structures).
  • Gambling, lotteries, or games of chance where prohibited.
  • Counterfeiting, fraud, theft, or trade in stolen data or goods.

3.2 Harmful, deceptive & abusive conduct

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering, or impersonation of any person, project, or brand.
  • Misrepresenting your identity, skills, affiliations, or work.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or targeted abuse.
  • Spam, mass unsolicited outreach, or deceptive promotion.

3.3 Platform integrity & manipulation

  • Gaming, faking, or manipulating XP, leaderboards, reviews, referrals, or rewards.
  • Operating multiple or fake accounts, sock puppets, or coordinated collusion to win bounties or distort reputation.
  • Self-dealing — funding and completing your own bounties (directly or through associates) to extract or cycle funds.
  • Submitting plagiarized, AI-misrepresented, or low-effort work designed to defraud a Sponsor.

3.4 Security & technical abuse

  • Uploading or distributing malware, exploits, or malicious code.
  • Unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with the platform, its infrastructure, or other users.
  • Circumventing rate limits, access controls, KYC, age, or geographic restrictions.

3.5 Content restrictions

  • Sexual content involving minors, or any sexualization, grooming, endangerment, or exploitation of minors — strictly prohibited and reported.
  • Adult/sexual content, graphic violence, or gore.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property or violates third-party rights.
  • Confidential, private, or personal data shared without authorization.

3.6 Bounties specifically

  • Bounties for any prohibited activity above.
  • Bounties that are deceptive about scope, payment, or purpose, or designed to obtain free work with no intent to pay.
  • Bounties that require Users to undertake illegal, unsafe, or rights-violating tasks.

4. Sponsor responsibilities

Sponsors must accurately describe bounty scope, deliverables, eligibility, and payment terms; only post bounties they are authorized and intend to pay for; and not use bounties to disguise the true purpose of a payment. We may review, reject, pause, or remove any bounty and offboard Sponsors who breach this AUP.

5. Age & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter agreements. Where identity verification applies to payouts, date of birth may be used to confirm age, and users who cannot verify as 18+ may be blocked from receiving funds. Minors are prohibited from transacting; accounts found to belong to minors are removed.

6. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without prior notice: remove or refuse content and bounties; hold, reverse, or refuse payouts; restrict, suspend, or permanently ban accounts; and report unlawful activity to our payments partners and to relevant authorities. Severity, intent, and repetition inform the response. Decisions on platform integrity (XP, manipulation, fraud) are final.

7. Reporting violations

Report suspected violations to [email protected]. We investigate reports and take appropriate action.

8. Changes

We may update this AUP. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
